2 Hours – Family/Friends (Spend time with family and friends, relax)
We all know the importance of spending quality time with our family/friends. If a person spends 2 hours per day with his family/friends, he will have more than 100 hours per month. This is enough time to spend with your loved ones. So, why don’t we make these plans?
We don’t because we are too busy taking care of the chores and managing the work pressure. In fact, the average American spends about 11 hours per week in front of their television or playing video games. The solution is to get rid of some unwanted habits and create a schedule.
1 hour – Relaxation/Rest (Meditation, hobbies etc.)
Most people are under the impression that you need to work harder in order to get more done. It’s true that working smarter can help you finish tasks quickly and save time, but there is a limit to this.
Listening to music while doing your work will reduce your stress and make you more creative. Studies also show that people who take breaks between every 90 minutes of consecutive work tend to be more productive than those who don’t take breaks at all.
According to a study, you should spend about 1 hour relaxing every day. This will improve your productivity & creativity and it is also good for your health.
